Overview
Three things drive billing in the FlyNumber panel: your prepaid balance (a USD wallet on your account), your saved payment methods (Stripe cards and PayPal, priority-ordered), and the three automations that decide what to charge and when. Every other page in this section is just configuration of those pieces.
Add Funds
Top up your prepaid balance any time at panel.flynumber.com/add-funds — or click the Add Funds button in the header chip from anywhere in the panel. Minimum $1, maximum $500 per transaction.
Payment Preferences
Everything around saved payment methods, automatic renewals, and balance top-ups lives in two places: per-number controls on each FlyNumber's detail page, and account-wide controls at Billing Settings. This page walks through each one.
Phone System Billing
The cloud phone system is a flat $14.95 per month, account-wide — adding more FlyNumbers to it doesn't change the price. This page covers the pricing model, billing periods, how renewals work, the standalone add flow (for when you already have FlyNumbers and want to add the phone system on top), and the per-PS auto-renew toggle.
Calling Rates
Outbound calls — dialed through the phone system with your FlyNumber as the caller ID — and call-flow forwarding to regular phone numbers both draw from your prepaid balance. What a given call costs depends on which of three rate tiers it lands in. This page explains the tier logic; the rates page is the source of truth for the live per-country numbers.
SMS Billing
Inbound SMS to a FlyNumber is free in most countries and per-segment in a handful. Outbound SMS is per-segment for every supported destination. This page covers how segments are counted, where to see what you've spent, and what happens when your balance runs low.
Grace and Restore
When a renewal doesn't go through — because Auto-Renew was off, every saved payment method failed, or your prepaid balance was short — your service doesn't vanish on the spot. It enters a grace period during which you can restore it without losing anything: same number, same configuration, same renewal schedule.
