Call Flows
Call Flows are separate workspaces within your phone system. Think of them like separate folders—each one can have its own phone numbers, users, and call routing setup, completely independent from the others.
Users
The Users section is where you manage all user accounts in your phone system. Users are required for various modules and should be the first thing you setup after signing up for the phone system. Forwarding calls to a regular phone number or VoIP solution will require you add a user.

Numbers
The Numbers section is where you manage both your FlyNumbers and internal extensions. This centralized location makes it easy to track and configure how calls are routed throughout your phone system. This applies to both inbound and outbound calling.
Time Schedules
The Time Schedule lets you define and manage your organization's working hours and exceptions for call flows during regular business hours, holidays, and special occasions.
Delivery Methods
Delivery Methods define how audio and text files generated by the phone system are delivered to users. These files include voicemails, notification messages, faxes, and call recordings.
Audio Files
The Audio Files section allows you to manage audio files and create playlists that can be used throughout your phone system. These audio files serve various purposes like greetings, music on hold, menu prompts, and announcements.
Trunks
Trunks let you connect your FlyNumber phone system to external VoIP providers for both incoming and outgoing calls. This gives you control over call routing, which providers handle your calls, and how caller information is displayed.
Call Analytics
The Call Analytics section provides comprehensive insights into your call activity through detailed call records (CDRs) and performance statistics. This powerful tool helps you monitor call patterns, track key metrics, and optimize your phone system's performance.
Contacts
The Contacts section allows you to manage contact information that can be used throughout your phone system. This centralized contact management system helps maintain consistent contact details across your organization and integrates with various features like CRM functionality and the phone system app.
