Pricing that's actually easy to understand
You pay a flat monthly rate for each FlyNumber (your virtual phone number), from $2.95 a month.
Answer calls with FlyNumber SIP or your own VoIP and incoming calls are included: unlimited incoming minutes*, no per-minute charges.
Forward calls to a regular phone number, or call out with FlyNumber SIP, for a low per-minute rate.
The cloud phone system is an optional add-on at $14.95/month flat.

Monthly prices on some of our more popular countries
Prices are per number, not per user. Some premium numbers carry a one-time setup fee, shown on the coverage page next to the monthly price.

Save with longer billing periods
Pick a billing period when you order and change it any time from the number's page in your FlyNumber panel. The same discounts apply to the phone system. There's no contract either way: every renewal is a one-time charge, not a subscription on your card. How billing periods work.
Four ways to use your FlyNumber, and what each costs
Note
Switch between them any time in your panel. A fifth option, Park the Number, stops the number ringing anywhere (callers hear busy) with no call charges.
Calling out and forwarding
Outgoing calls (with FlyNumber SIP or the phone system) and calls forwarded to a regular phone number are billed per minute from your prepaid balance. Rates are quoted per minute but billed by the second on most routes; a few routes add a small connect fee. Which rate you pay depends on the tier the call lands in:
- Local: you're calling the same country your FlyNumber is from. A German FlyNumber calling a German mobile pays Germany's domestic rate.
- EU/EEA: an EU FlyNumber calling anywhere in the European Economic Area.
- Standard: everything else.
Forwarded calls never get the local tier. Look up any destination on the rates page (no login needed) and read how the rate tiers work. Toll-free and metered numbers also carry a per-minute incoming rate, whichever way you handle calls.
Pricing if using our cloud phone system
The phone system is an optional add-on. Usually you don't need it: one person with a softphone app is well served by FlyNumber SIP. Add the phone system when you want a voice menu, ring groups, queues, business hours or call recording. Not sure? Here's a rule of thumb.
A flat $14.95 per month, plus the price of your FlyNumber(s).
One price for your whole account: connect as many FlyNumbers as you like. No setup fee, no per-user fee, and the same quarterly, semi-annual and annual discounts as numbers.
Up to 30 users (extensions) with SIP accounts to make and receive calls.
Outgoing calls and forwarding to regular numbers use the per-minute rates, paid from your prepaid balance.
Toll-free numbers have an incoming per-minute rate regardless of how calls are handled.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work for FlyNumber services?
Auto-Renew is on by default, so each FlyNumber renews automatically when its billing period ends. Every renewal is a one-time charge, not a subscription on your card. It can come from your prepaid balance, or from a saved card if you turn on "Charge saved card on renewal". Turn Auto-Renew off to let a number lapse. Full details are in the billing overview.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, and your prepaid balance. All prices are in US dollars. You can pay for each order directly or add funds to your prepaid balance and pay from there.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on most numbers. Some premium numbers carry a one-time setup fee, and the coverage page shows it next to the monthly price so there are no surprises. FlyNumber SIP and the phone system have no setup fee.
Are there any additional costs with the phone system?
The phone system is $14.95/month flat for your whole account, plus the monthly price of each FlyNumber you connect. There's no setup fee and no per-user fee. Outgoing calls and forwarding to regular numbers are billed at per-minute rates from your prepaid balance, and toll-free numbers have an incoming per-minute rate.
Do I need the phone system to make outgoing calls?
No. Set your number's Call Handling to FlyNumber SIP and you can make and receive calls from any SIP app, desk phone or PBX, with your FlyNumber as the caller ID. Incoming calls are included; outgoing calls are billed per minute from your prepaid balance. Some number types restrict outbound calling due to local regulations.
What happens if my prepaid balance runs low?
Turn on Auto-Refill and the panel tops up your balance automatically whenever it falls below a threshold you set. You'll also get a low-balance email alert. You can add funds manually any time, from $1 to $500.
Can I change my billing period or cancel anytime?
Yes. Choose monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing and change it any time from the number's page in your panel. There are no contracts: to cancel, turn off Auto-Renew and the number simply lapses at the end of the period you've paid for. A lapsed number stays restorable for 31 days.
Can I choose my phone number?
In the US, Canada, Australia and 50+ other countries, yes. When you order, the panel shows a list of available numbers and you can search by digits or letters. Where a list isn't offered, we assign one for you. Use the "Pick specific #" filter on the coverage page to see exactly where you can choose.
Is SMS included with my FlyNumber?
Incoming SMS is included on numbers with the SMS in capability and arrives in your panel's SMS inbox and by email. It's free in most countries, with a small per-segment fee in the United States, Mexico, Lithuania and Thailand. Check the SMS in and SMS out filters on the coverage page to see what your number supports.
Can I send text messages?
Yes, from numbers with the SMS out capability. Sending works by default from the SMS inbox in your panel, with per-segment pricing on the rates page. It's meant for personal, person-to-person texting; bulk, marketing or automated (A2P) messaging isn't supported. Texting US numbers isn't available yet — it's coming soon (A2P).
Can I port my number?
Yes. Submit the request from your panel: pick the country and number type, upload the signed letter of authorization (LOA) and a recent bill, and we handle the carrier side and keep you posted. Porting in is free everywhere except Switzerland, Hungary (local and national numbers) and Sweden (mobile and toll-free numbers), where the fee comes from your prepaid balance and is refunded if the port can't complete. It typically takes a few business days for US and Canadian numbers and 1–3 weeks internationally.
